- Fan Maintenance Maintaining all exhaust fans on a yearly basis for an industrial manufacturing plant. Once a year two of our men will inspect, and repair over 100 ventilation fans.
- Consumable Parts We have a contract setup to update consumable products our customers use throughout their manufacturing process. We will maintain a level of their specific consumable needs and rotate the product as the customer requests it.
- Full Labor Maintenance A few of our customers have contracts setup for us to supplement their maintenance department, year round. We provide 2 men to continually maintain the facility and assist their maintenance department for the required needs. Our customers also request us to provide temporary labor to assist them with any projects or equipment repairs.
- Metal Fabrication/Welding Customers may hire us to provide additional metal fabrications for their maintenance departments. Overflow work and new project work, we can provide the service. We have over 25 welding machines and 20 welders available for all your maintenance needs.
